So do we. That’s why we grow a wide range of different salad leaves, herbs and other interesting plants that can bring your salad to life. We grow over 40 different varieties of leaves, some colourful, some spicy, some zingy, and some that just look pretty. We also specialise in edible flowers and herbs to really pep up your salad bowl.
Our salad is as fresh as possible. We aim to pick our produce the same day it is sold. As soon as you pick a salad leaf, it begins to lose its nutrients, so the quicker we pick them, the better they are for you.
